Whether you’re smashing a cricket shot, swinging for the fences in baseball, returning rapid-fire tennis balls, or firing off lacrosse shots, the Sports Cage delivers fast, competitive fun for all ages.
Using real equipment and motion-tracking technology, every hit, swing, and shot feels authentic — making it perfect for friends, families, sports fans, and anyone who loves a challenge. Just step in, pick your sport, and see if you’ve got the reflexes to keep up!

🕑 Session Length
Sports Cage sessions start from 30 to 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to try all four sports — cricket, tennis, baseball and lacrosse. Whether you’re after a quick, high-energy workout or a full hour of competitive fun with friends, there’s a session length to suit every group — from £12 per person for 30 minutes, or £18 for the full hour.

Prices are per person, up to 12 people per session, taking turns across all four sports. All bats, rackets, sticks and balls are provided. With a bigger group the 60-minute session is worth the extra £6 each — more turns, less queuing. Booking strongly recommended, especially at weekends and on evenings.
