A: Booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and evenings. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

A: Comfortable clothing and trainers are best. Dark colours help you blend into the arena better.
Q: Can we play as a private group?
A: Yes — private group sessions, birthdays, and corporate bookings are available. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange it.
Q: Is there a place to store bags or coats?
A: Yes — ask our staff for storage options when you arrive.
Q What happens if we’re late?
Late arrivals may miss the safety briefing and could lose part or all of the session. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
