1. Membership

The Fun City Founder 500 Club is a monthly subscription membership operated by Fun City. Membership is available only to the first 500 approved members. Membership is personal to the named member and is non-transferable. Membership benefits cannot be sold, shared, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Fun City reserves the right to refuse or withdraw membership where these Terms & Conditions are breached.

2. Membership Benefits

Your membership benefits depend on the membership tier purchased. Benefits may include: monthly attraction visits, monthly arcade credit, food & beverage discounts, birthday rewards, bring-a-friend offers, priority booking, member-only promotions, and exclusive events. Benefits are only available while your membership is active and payments remain up to date.

3. Monthly Visits

Included visits must be pre-booked online. Admission is always subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee admission without a confirmed booking. Unused monthly visits expire at the end of each membership month. Visits cannot be carried forward or exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.

4. Family Membership

Family memberships include admission for up to four people during each eligible visit. At least one named adult member must attend each booking. Family memberships may only be used by members of the same household unless otherwise agreed by Fun City.

5. Junior Membership

Junior Founder Membership is intended for individual use only. It may not be shared or transferred.

6. Arcade Credit

Monthly arcade credit is loaded once per membership month, expires at the end of that membership month, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be accumulated. Lost, stolen or unused credit will not be refunded.

7. Food & Beverage Discount

The 10% food and beverage discount applies only to selected products, cannot be combined with any other offer, has no cash value, and may exclude promotional items, alcohol and selected products at Fun City’s discretion.

8. Birthday Benefits

Birthday rewards become available after three consecutive monthly payments, must be redeemed while membership is active, are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other birthday promotions.

9. Bring-a-Friend Offers

Bring-a-Friend benefits are valid only when the member attends, expire each membership month if unused, cannot be transferred or accumulated, and are subject to availability.

10. Weekend Upgrades

Where available, members may upgrade an eligible booking to a weekend visit by paying the published upgrade fee. Weekend upgrades remain subject to availability.

11. Booking Conditions

Members must pre-book online, arrive at their booked time, follow staff instructions, and comply with all attraction rules. Late arrival may reduce available play time.

12. Fair Usage

Membership is intended for genuine personal recreational use. Fun City reserves the right to investigate excessive, unusual or abusive usage, including repeated no-shows, booking multiple sessions without attending, sharing membership benefits, commercial use, or behaviour intended to circumvent these Terms. Fun City may suspend or terminate memberships where abuse is identified.

13. Attraction Availability

From time to time attractions, games or experiences may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, safety requirements, operational reasons, private hire, or events. This does not entitle members to refunds or compensation.

14. Venue Rules

All members must comply with attraction safety rules, age restrictions, equipment guidance, staff instructions, and Fun City’s General Terms of Admission. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.

15. Behaviour

Fun City has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour, threatening behaviour, violence, vandalism, theft, and deliberate damage. Memberships may be suspended or permanently terminated where appropriate.

16. Payments

Membership fees are collected monthly in advance. If payment cannot be collected, membership benefits will be suspended, bookings may be cancelled, and arcade credit will not be issued until payment has been successfully received.

17. Cancellation by the Member

Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future payments but does not generate a refund for any payment already taken. Membership benefits remain available until the end of the current paid membership period.

18. Cancellation by Fun City

Fun City reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where payments fail, fraud is suspected, membership benefits are abused, venue rules are repeatedly ignored, members or guests behave inappropriately, or false information has been provided.

19. Changes to Membership

Fun City may amend membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, attraction availability, booking rules, or these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial or safety reasons. Where changes materially affect memberships, reasonable notice will be provided.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Fun City’s liability is limited to the value of the relevant membership payment for the affected membership period.

21. Privacy

Personal information will be processed in accordance with Fun City’s Privacy Policy.

22. General

Membership is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By purchasing a Fun City Founder Membership, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Founder Status

Founder Membership is a limited introductory membership available only to the first 500 accepted members. Once Founder Membership has closed, no additional Founder Memberships will be issued. Founder benefits are personal to the original member and cannot be transferred or sold.
